Tasting Notes:
Fresh on the nose with notes of peach, apricot, lemon, grapefruit, and a slight scent of white flowers. Balanced and vibrant on the palate.
Vinification:
After a manual harvest, the grapes were quickly taken to the winery, where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The cold clarified must fermented slowly for about 2 weeks in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (14ºC / 16ºC).
Suggested Pairings:
It pairs well with grilled or oven-baked fish dishes, chicken, risotto and vegetarian dishes.
