Clear appearance and bright ruby colour. The nose expresses black and red fruit, it suggests hints of crushed blueberries and strawberry jam wrapped in a fresh and spicy touch. The mouth is attractive, with an acidity in line with the medium and luscious body, and correct tannins. A wine with a typical character of the Alentejo region.Vinification:
The harvest was manual, followed by a selection of bunches and grapes at the winery. The grape was de-stemmed and slightly crushed and fermented in a stainless-steel tank at a controlled temperature of about 25 ºC.Suggested Pairings:
It pairs well with grilled meat, pasta and cheese. Perfect with Spanish tapas and Italian food.
