Tasting Notes:
Wine with a clear and bright aspect, with a light citrus yellow colour. On the nose, it is young and fresh. It suggests citrus and tropical fruit notes, balanced by a mineral background. The palate resembles the aroma's profile, full of fruit and vibrant freshness.
Vinification:
After manual harvesting, the grapes were quickly taken to the winery where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The cold clarified must fermented slowly for about 2 weeks in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (14ºC / 16ºC).
Suggested Pairings:
It is ideal to accompany lighter dishes such as salads, grilled fish and white meat.
