Wine with a greenish yellow colour and a clear and bright aspect. Expressive on the nose, it suggests notes of exotic fruit, passion fruit and lime, as well as fresh vegetable hints. It is light on the palate, tasty and has a nice balance between fruit and vegetables and its freshness goes hand in hand with a surprising acidity.Vinification:
After manual harvesting, the grapes were quickly taken to the winery where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The cold clarified must fermented slowly for about 2 weeks in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (14ºC / 16ºC).Suggested Pairings:
Drink on its own as an aperitif or it also pairs well with salads, fresh fish and shellfish.
