Tasting Notes:
It has a clear, yellow citrine colour. The nose is intense with aromas of tropical fruit and some minerality. On the palate it has a good body, lots of fruit and an elegant freshness, accompanied by a long and persistent finish.
Vinification:
The grapes were hand-picked to ensure optimum quality. They were crushed and gently pressed. The resulting first press underwent cold static decantation. The must fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 15 days.
Suggested Pairings:
It pairs well with Mexican and Asian food (with a hint of spices). Also with barbecued chicken and fish.
