Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour with aromas of black forest fruits and fine notes of flowers. A full body wine, balanced with soft tannins and refreshing acidity, which give this wine a gastronomic character.
Vinification:
After manual harvesting, the grapes were taken to the winery where they were fully destemmed. Fermentation in stone mills with pre-fermentative cold maceration for 2 days and alcoholic fermentation for 8 days with gentle reruns. Stage in small stainless steel vats.

Ideal pairing with beef, lamb, pasta and intense cheese.
