From Quinta do Quetzal (Alentejo region), you have the Winemaker’s Selection White 2018. The winemaker selected the best grapes from the 2018 crop. Notes of ripe fruit and a subtle toasted oak flavour (half of the blend fermented in French oak barrels for 6 months). It pairs well with a creamy seafood dish or white meat. From Herdade Grande (Alentejo region), you have the single blend Viosinho 2019 which is a very elegant wine with a nice sense of minerality that reveals the terroir of origin. It is perfect with fish and seafood dishes. Also the single blend Antao Vaz 2019 (a well suited grape to the Alentejo terroir) with notes of papaya, passion fruit and a slightly mineral sensation. It is perfect with Asian food and white meat. From Adega Mayor (Alentejo region), you have the Selecao White 2019 with notes of fresh pineapples, stones fruits, complimented with a floral touch. Full of fruit complexity and it pairs really well with risotto dishes, fish and salads. Then you have the single blend Verdelho 2019 which is a vibrant and fresh wine with notes of citrus and subtle tropical fruits. It is a excellent option with grilled fish and seafood. Also from Adega Mayor, the single blend Gouveio 2020 which is very expressive on the nose with notes of passion fruit and lime. It pairs well with white fish and any type of seafood.Category:
