Tasting Notes:
The nose offers aromas of black fruits, eucalyptus and kirsch. Rich, rounded, the palate offers sweet spices, vanilla, baked fruits and liquorice notes. An elegant structure with a long finish.
Vinification:
The grapes were hand-picked. Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Maturation: 9 months in French oak barrels.
Suggested Pairings:
Ideal with strong cheeses, grilled meat, steak and roast meal. Recommended drinking temperature at 16 - 17 °C
